Return policy

Since the prints will be custom made, it is not possible to return your product for a refund.

Damaged products

In case you receive a damaged product, please contact us at prints@oxfordhouse.nl. We will pick up the print and make sure a new print will be delivered at your home.

Delivery period

The delivery period is 14 business days from receipt of order.

Delivery

We provide you with the following options:

Home delivery
Within 14 days, your purchase can be delivered on your address of choice in The Netherlands. For this service, we will be charged an additional fee of 15 euros.

Pick up
The prints are ready for pick up within 14 days. We will inform you via email when the print is ready for pick up.
